Professional BIO

A duly ordained minister and metaphysician first through the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Science and then through the priesthood of The Order of Melchizedek. With almost thirty years of academic studies and research, he received his Ph.D. in metaphysical science Summa Cum Laude and Ordination in the spring of 2014 under the authority of the Institute of Metaphysical Humanistic Science of Florida, Sarasota. 

While in his doctorate studies Paul founded and headed Clermont Paranormal & Metaphysical Research Society, a noetic science coalition and network of diverse scientific disciplines. Paul’s mission being the scientific research for the advancement of further knowledge of consciousness, the human condition, paranormal and anomalous phenomena has gained attention with the spiritualist and scientific communities as a revolutionary in his investigative approach in the field. 

Paul has lectured and instructed at Southern Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp in Lake Helen, Florida and the Chapel of Spiritual Light in Orlando. Dr. Meckes has lectured for the Institute of Noetic Science (IONS) of Central Florida, the 2nd and 3rd Annual “Treasure Coast Para-Unity Conference” in Fellsmere, Florida on “Quantum Physics and the Paranormal,” The Annual 2018 Consciousness 2.0 Symposium in Kissimmee, FL as well as appearing on the Paranormal Stakeout Podcast through the ‘X’ Zone Radio Show on iHeart Radio. 

In 2019, following 10 years as a student medium, he received his certification with the American Spiritualist Association (ASA) under the direction of the late Rev. Benjamin R. Cox and the Chapel of Spiritual Light where he later filling in as interim pastor of the church. Rev. Dr. Meckes continued his education with the Morris Pratt Institute in psychical research. Later he was invited to be a guest on The Fringe FM Radio and The American Roundtable on Tuff T.V. 

Rev. Dr. Meckes is the founder, host and producer of Conscious Radio Network, LLC that broadcasts a weekly podcast series which examines a wide range of scientific research on consciousness, spirituality, earth mysteries, anomalous phenomena and the ever-changing factors of the Human Condition. In 2023, Rev. Dr. Meckes was nominated into the Marquis Who's Who in America inclusion in which is limited to individuals who possess a professional integrity, demonstrate outstanding achievement in their respective fields and have made innumerable contributions to society as a whole.

He is also an affiliate for the Order of Exorcists Saint Michael’s Seminary – Studies of Assessment Science under the authority of The Most Reverend Ronald Feyl Enright, SOSM.
